Last week in Basel, Ada took the stage for a masterclass on one of pharma’s most persistent commercial challenges: finding patients who remain undiagnosed.

Our session, “Finding the Unfound Patient”, brought together a commercial pharma audience to explore how Ada and its partners are rethinking patient identification – from first symptom to diagnosis.

We examined the real cost of diagnostic delay, for patients and for the business, across a spectrum of conditions: common communicable diseases, autoimmune conditions, and rare diseases.

We also explored how earlier patient engagement translates into commercial value at every stage of the product lifecycle – from launch through growth and into the lead-up to loss of exclusivity.
